What We Know So Far The contract, valued at $403 million, was signed by Aristeidis Alexopoulos, head of Greeceās General Directorate of Defence Investment and Armaments, and Eyal Zamir, director general of the Israeli Ministry of Defence.
Orbiter 3, which was developed by Aeronautics, a subsidiary of Rafael, is designed to identify targets for Spike anti-tank missiles. The drone has the ability not only to locate targets, but also to determine their type.
