According to the comments on the image, the trophy Russian T-90A from 2004 was photographed in the state of Louisiana, USA.

As per the information portal “Tysk,” this tank belonged to the 27th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, which is engaged in a full-scale ωɑɾ against Ukraine as part of the Russian invading forces.

This tank was seized by the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on September 25, 2022.

The capture occurred in the village of Kurylivka, Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region.

The circumstances of the Russian tank’s arrival in the USA remain uncertain. This T-90A is presumed to be exhibited at a display showcasing to Americans the destroyed and captured military equipment that Russia employs in its ωɑɾ of aggression against Ukraine.

The Ukrainian side organizes similar exhibitions of the destroyed invader equipment in various European nations, and now it appears that a comparable display will also be presented in the United States.

The T-90A tank is an upgrade of the Soviet-manufactured T-72B tanks. Its improvements are directed at significantly enhancing all combat features of the tank. Serial modifications of the T-90 under index A were produced between 2004 and 2011.
